Our Associate Stylists do more than assist. They’re in the chair, building their skills, creating amazing results, and growing their own clientele.

We partner with Summit Salon, Aqua Extensions, Redken, and Kérastase to give our associates the best education and tools out there. That means ongoing training, mentorship, and access to the latest techniques and trends. Associate Esthetician Program

Our Associate Estheticians learn the art and science of results-driven skincare while providing real treatments and growing their confidence behind the table.

Through our partnerships with Jane Iredale, Dermalogica, and PCA Skin, associates receive hands-on education in professional-grade services and advanced techniques that deliver visible results. From facials and makeup to med spa treatments, this program teaches the next generation of estheticians how to combine expertise, care, and innovation to help every client glow.

We also offer in-house training for lash extensions, brow laminations, and lash lifts — some of our most requested services — so associates can graduate feeling confident, versatile, and fully prepared to meet client demand.
