Cancellations and No Shows
Your Fusion Salon and Spa treatments are reserved especially for you! We value your business and ask that you respect the scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice must put a card on file to reschedule another reservation. A second strike will result in a 50% cost of service fee to the card on file, and a third strike will result in the full cost of service being charged to your card on file.
Should you fail to show up to your scheduled reservation a 50% cost of service fee will to applied to the card on file. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, it also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment at the same time.
Late Arrivals
Please keep in mind that showing up late for an appointment will affect the length and nature of your service. We fully understand that sometimes being late is outside of your control. We will always do our best to accommodate late arrivals by preforming the most complete treatment possible in the time remaining. Unfortunately, arriving too late to preform a service will result in a cancellation, and the associated cancellation fee.
Client Satisfaction & Refunds
Due to the nature of the service there are no refunds on any services rendered. Please contact us within 72 hours of our service date with any problems and/or concerns you have regarding your service. We feel that every client deserves the highest level of satisfaction. Should you not be satisfied, please let us know immediately, and we will discuss a solution. Redo services must be scheduled and completed within 2 weeks of the original scheduled appointment date.

Prices are subject to change without notice and are subject to applicable taxes.
