2. Avoid direct sun exposure for a few days and wear a mineral SPF daily.

3. Hold off on active products like retinol, exfoliants, or acids for 2 to 3 days.

4. Keep skin hydrated with nourishing serums and moisturizers.

5. Don’t pick or exfoliate — your skin is already perfectly smooth.

6. Avoid working out for 24 hours. Quick tip for my gym girls: schedule your appointment the day or evening before a rest day.

7. Skip saunas, hot tubs, or steam treatments for 7 days.
