Hi, it’s Lillian! 🤍

As an esthetician at Fusion Salon & Spa, one of my favorite parts of what I do is getting to be part of my clients’ skin journeys. I wanted to share Kenzy’s transformation because it’s such a good example of what consistency, professional treatments, and the right home care can do for your skin.

When Kenzy first came to me, she was struggling with active acne, congestion, and post-acne marks. We created a personalized treatment plan based on what her skin needed and her goals.

Her Treatment Plan

Over just 6 months, Kenzy received:

✨ 6 PCA SKIN chemical peel treatments

✨ 3 Pure Retinol boosters

✨ A customized at-home skincare routine

We adjusted her treatments along the way based on how her skin was responding and what it needed.

PCA chemical peels can be a great professional treatment for acne-prone skin because they help exfoliate the skin and improve the appearance of breakouts, texture, and post-acne discoloration.

But here’s the thing I tell my clients all the time:

Your treatments are only one piece of the puzzle. Consistency at home matters, too!

And Look at Her Results!

Six months later, Kenzy’s skin has made such an incredible transformation. Her active breakouts, congestion, texture, and post-acne marks have visibly improved.

But honestly, my favorite part isn’t even the before and after.

It’s seeing the confidence that comes with finally feeling good in your skin.

I never want my clients to feel like they have to have “perfect” skin. My goal is to help you understand your skin, create a plan that makes sense for YOU, and support you every step of the way.

Now, Hear From Kenzy 🤍

I could tell you all about her transformation, but I think it’s even better coming from her.

Before I came to Lillian, I had practically lost hope. Nothing I read, tried, or did seemed to work. I had tried acne medication, supplements, my dermatologist’s topical gels, frequently cleaning my makeup brushes, changing my pillowcases, avoiding touching my face, sanitizing my phone, and even avoiding certain dietary triggers.

At one point, I even used diaper rash cream on my face because my acne was so itchy, inflamed, and painful.

People would stare at me and offer unsolicited advice, telling me it “wasn’t that bad” when they didn’t have a single blemish themselves. I would hide my face while talking to others, avoid hanging out with friends, and skip social outings because I felt so embarrassed and ashamed.

It became an endless battle. I felt frustrated, hopeless, and honestly, I didn’t even recognize myself anymore.

When Lillian suggested trying chemical peels, I was terrified. I had never had one before and was worried it could make my skin worse. But I thought to myself, “What do I have to lose? I’ll try anything.”

That decision ended up changing everything.

Lillian and I started with a consultation where we talked through my skin concerns, goals, and what I had already tried. She was extremely knowledgeable and made sure to educate me throughout the entire process. She explained that my peels could be customized to my specific needs and was realistic about how long it could take to see results with the right professional treatments and home care.

After my first peel, I didn’t experience much peeling, but I noticed a significant reduction in inflammation and an improvement in my skin’s texture.

When we did our second peel two weeks later, we performed one more pass than the previous treatment. I still didn’t experience much peeling, but I continued to see improvements in my skin with each session.

By our fourth session, we were seeing amazing results. The inflammation and texture had improved so much that we were able to focus more on my post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation and scarring.

At that point, I decided to try the 4% retinol booster. This was when I finally experienced the peeling that I had heard so much about, but it wasn’t nearly as intimidating as I had expected.

If anything, I felt proud. I was finally doing something for myself and actively working toward my skincare goals.

After that treatment, we took about a four-week break to allow my skin to rest before moving forward with the 6% retinol booster.

Looking back, the entire process went by so quickly because I was able to see progress along the way. Every appointment gave me something to be excited about, and seeing those changes kept me motivated.

It was absolutely worth the wait.

I cannot thank Lillian enough for helping restore my confidence. I can laugh out loud without worrying about who is looking at me. I no longer feel timid or afraid that people are judging my appearance when I’m in public, and I don’t feel like I have to hide behind layers of makeup anymore.

I used to be scared of chemical peels.

Now, they are my best friend.

I would shout it from the rooftops to encourage others, especially anyone who is struggling with acne and feeling like they have tried everything. There are solutions out there, and you don’t have to navigate your skin journey alone.

No amount of money could compare to what it feels like to regain your confidence and finally feel like yourself again.

PCA chemical peels have had that much of an impact on me.

I will never turn back, and I will forever be grateful to Lillian and PCA SKIN for being such an important part of my skin journey. 🤍
